Printing an Inventory Aging Report
Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate an Inventory Aging Report, command options will appear; select Print(X) to print the report. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.
The following information prints on the report:
- Item Name – The item group name followed by the items in the item group selected in the
- Lot – The location ID and lot number for lotted items or the internal lot number assigned to the item for unlotted items
- Date – The date the item was received
- Lbs (if the report is run for weight)/Dol (if the report is run for value) up to X Days – The aging criteria, based on the days entered in the aging columns for the four aging columns
- Un Cost – The unit cost for the item
- Pounds – The total weight of the item, in pounds, if the report is run for weight or the total value/dollars
- Extended – The total value of the item if the report is run for weight/pounds
- Subtotals by item group in pounds or total dollar value, based on whether the report was run for pounds or value.
- Grand total, in pounds or total dollar value, based on whether the report was run for pounds or value.
